Flexline uniquely allows trainers to push clients to failure and then slowly back them out of the failure zone. Before Flexline trainers were limited to working with clients one on one if they had a goal to increase strength and or hypertrophy. As a group there wasn’t a way to safely get into a movement, push to failure then safely unload. Now, as a group, you can get to failure, decrease resistance just enough to do one or two more reps, do that again and again. You can perform negatives, drop sets, and most important go to true failure safely. Flexline’s versatility allows trainers to provide well rounded workouts that will push each muscle group to its limits.
